Fay Cliett Gillham is a graduate of Texas State University, has a Master’s Degree from Louisiana State University, and earned her J.D. from Mercer University in Georgia in 1979. Ms. Gillham has been licensed to practice law in Texas since 1979, and the Northern, Southern, Eastern, & Western Districts of Texas since 1980. She is a member of the San Antonio Bankruptcy Bar Association, the Austin Bankruptcy Bar Association and the Hays County Bar Association. Ms. Gillham’s practice is in the area of debt management and bankruptcy law representing both consumers and businesses, with primary emphasis on the consumer. She also practices in the areas of family law, wills and probate.

Richard A. Gillham is a graduate of Texas Christian University, and retired from the USAF as a Lt. Col. He earned his J.D. from St. Mary’s School of Law in 1981. He has been licensed to practice law in Texas since 1981, and the Western District of Texas in 1983. Mr. Gillham is a member of the Hays County Bar Association. He practices family law, especially child support, custody, and divorce. Mr. Gillham was an assistant attorney general in the Austin and San Antonio offices of the child support division for 16 years.
